The association Femmes ici et ailleurs, created in 2003 and recognized of general interest, works to spread the culture of gender equality and gender diversity, particularly professional. The team carries out actions of sensitization and education with the general public, the young people and the world of the company, via exhibitions, conferences, participative workshops ...

To build together the real equality, for the benefit of all and all, the association highlights especially exceptional women for the most unknown: because to make them visible, to show their achievements, it is also to propose different model roles and to fight by example against the clichés.

In 2017, more than 300,000 high school and high school students have been sensitized and the milestone of the one million people affected since 2003 by the actions of the association has been crossed. The collective is also involved in the editorial board of Femmes ici et ailleurs magazine, which received the Grand Prix de l'égalité, in the media category, in 2018.
